How do I find products for my pet?
Choose Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish & Aquatics, Small Pets or Pet Care & Supplies from the Shop menu. You can also search by product name or brand. Check each product description, pack size and available options before ordering.
Which currency is used?
Product prices are displayed in Qatari riyals (QAR). Review your final total and any applicable charges at checkout before paying.
How do I save products?
Select the heart on a product to save it to your wishlist. This wishlist is stored in the browser on your current device and may disappear if browser data is cleared.
Can I change the quantity or product option?
Use the quantity controls and available option selector on the product page. Check the selected option and price before adding the item to your cart.
Can the shopping guide check my order?
The automated shopping guide can help you browse products and find support links. It cannot access your private order records. Use your order confirmation or customer account for order information.
