Before you order
Enter your delivery address at checkout to review the delivery options and charges available for that order. Confirm that your address, contact number and order details are correct before paying.
Find your order information
Open your order confirmation and follow its order-status link, if provided. You can also sign in to your account to view available order details.
Questions about delivery
For an estimate, an address correction or a delivery question, contact the store with your order reference and the details of your request. An address change or cancellation is subject to confirmation by the store.
Missing or damaged items
Keep your order reference and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel, packaging and item. Share these with the store so the team can review the issue.
